Transformational wellness festival Alma is making a comeback at Six Senses Ibiza from November 6-9, 2024.
This year’s theme, “Rewild Your Spirit”, promises a gathering of visionaries, healers and spiritualists who will guide a programme of longevity practices, spiritual reconnection, movement and celebration.
Powered by retreat experts, Aníma, Alma will feature an impressive roster of wellness experts.
Headlining the event is biohacker Ben Greenfield, who will share his groundbreaking strategy for ‘Boundless Longevity’, with insights into vital health.
Other notable speakers include Christian Drapeau, exploring the healing power of stem cells, and celebrity trainer Kim Strother, demonstrating the benefits of movement alongside Dutch duo Sanctum. The festival will also host Dr Jessica Shepard, offering insights into hormone optimisation, and Tim Gray, providing tools to navigate an unhealthy world.

Alma’s blend of wellness workshops, insightful talks, transformative healing sessions, and sunset ceremonies aims to curate progressive perspectives in the health and wellbeing landscape.
Six Senses Ibiza, nestled among the crystalline coves of Cala Xarraca, provides a lush backdrop for the event.

The festival programme is diverse, covering themes such as longevity, reconnection, soul, nutrition, vital health, movement and celebration.
Attendees can participate in activities ranging from Shamanic fire ceremonies and heart-opening cacao experiences to soma breath and ecstatic dance sessions with Niraj Naik.
Nutrition and gut health will be addressed by experts such as Dr Ingrid Yang and Nicole Berri, while movement sessions will include full-body sculpting with Lindsay Jang and boxing with George Veness.
The event will culminate in a community gathering featuring dinners, music performances, and sunset ceremonies, with a special line-up of artists who have played at Burning Man, to be revealed soon.
Prices for Alma Festival start from £2,800 for single occupancy and £4,725 for double occupancy.
